And all of these samples will be provided through the mail, entirely free of charge.

Can I sample any product I want?

Due to the structure of PINCHme, samples will be tailored to your unique needs. Therefore, products available for sampling will be selected and shipped based on the answers to questions given in the Member Profile.

How often can I receive samples?

The frequency of how often you can receive samples depends on how often new samples are released. Samples are released on the second Tuesday of every month, with no restriction to how many samples you can request every release. So in theory, you can receive the same batch of samples on a monthly basis.

How do I claim samples?

Upon the product release, samples are available for a limited time and are subject to availability. To claim samples, simply login to your PINCHme account and browse the available samples. Follow the steps to add samples to your sample box, and complete the feedback survey to receive the selected samples.

When will I receive my samples?

Once you have completed the feedback survey, PINCHme will send you an email notification to confirm the request. It takes around 4-6 weeks to receive the samples from the time you placed the order. Samples will arrive in a separate package from the one with your shipping confirmation.

Are the samples really free?

Yes, all the samples from PINCHme are completely free, with no strings attached nor exceptions. All PINCHme asks is that after you try their samples, you complete a short feedback survey to tell them what you think of the chosen samples.
