At PINCHme, we understand that our members like to try new products and experiences before committing to them. Getting their opinions is incredibly valuable to us and the brands we collaborate with. That’s why PINCHme is pleased to offer our members free samples of products from the world’s leading brands. All we need from members is that they let us know what they think after trying out the samples.

Since launching in 2013, PINCHme has attracted over 10 million members. Our samples include a wide variety of products – from personal care, food and drink, pet-related items and products for the home and family.

We ask members to share some household and shopping habits when joining PINCHme. This helps us to offer members samples tailored to suit their preferences and needs. All we need from members is to answer a short series of questions on the Member Profile. On the basis of this information, we will be able to offer you samples that best suit you.

Once you’ve picked your samples, specify the size and color you want and we send you the box full of samples absolutely free, right to your doorstep. And if any samples you pick don’t fit the profile you gave us, we’ll try to send you alternative samples that do.

Once you’ve had a chance to try out the samples, we encourage you to give us your feedback on the samples. During the survey, you will have an opportunity to rate the samples on a scale and provide more detailed comments and insight, depending on the sample category. We may even ask your opinion on advertising campaigns. We use the feedback to make sure that we are offering members the best products from the leading brands and take the feedback to the brands so that they are able to make the necessary improvements.
