Finding the Right Samples:

At PINCHme, our samples are carefully curated to match the tastes and interests of our members. We make sure that our samples are from amazing brands such as Dyson, Sony, Olay, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal, Urban Decay, Drunk Elephant, Panasonic, Clinique, Lancôme, Maybelline, Too Faced, Fenty Beauty, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Samsung and Smashbox.

To request samples, members have to complete a short member profile and answer questions about their household and shopping habits. This allows us to get an understanding of what our members are interested in. After members fill out their profile, they will be recommended samples that the have the option of selecting. For their convenience, our samples are delivered to them directly, and for free.

Getting the Most Out of Your Samples:

After members have selected their samples, we encourage them to maximize their experience by using their samples for the fullest. We advise to read the provided instructions carefully and to follow them as closely as possible to derive the maximum benefits out of the products.

Once members have had a chance to use their samples, we encourage them to complete the short feedback survey that is available for each sample. This feedback is invaluable for us and our partners. It helps our partners understand the impact of their samples on our members and helps us better curate samples for our members.

Refund/Exchange Policy for Free Samples:

Since PINCHme samples are free, there is no refund/exchange policy associated with free samples. However,if you are not happy with the sample provided, we encourage you to contact us here and let us know. We would appreciate conversations with our members so we understand what they liked and what they would like to see more of.
