All we ask is that you share your thoughts on the products on our platform, providing the brands with helpful feedback.

What are PINCHme Member Profiles?

Our Member Profiles are a place where members can answer a series of questions about their household and shopping habits in order to customize the samples they will receive. We'll learn what you like and offer samples just for you.

How do I select the samples I want?

Once your Member Profile is updated, you should receive notification via email about the samples available. Once that email is sent, all that’s left to do is select the samples that you are eager to try. Please only choose the samples that interest you – you can always come back later for more.

How do I get my samples?

After you’ve chosen the samples you would like to receive, we’ll ship your box full of samples directly to you. Depending upon the item, some may require the payment of a nominal shipping and handling fee.

Do I have to pay for the sample?

No. All samples are free to our members.

How do I let the brands know what I think of the samples?

Once you’ve had a chance to try the samples, we’ll ask that you complete a short feedback survey in order to tell us what you think. The feedback you provide allows the brands to get a better understanding of the products they offer.

When will I receive my samples?

It usually takes 10-15 business days for samples to arrive once you have requested them. However, this timeline can vary depending on the sample and the shipping address.
