So how does it all work? Firstly, you'll answer a few questions about your household and shopping habits in your Member Profile. This helps us to get to know you and what samples you may like. Then you'll be presented with offers for the latest and greatest free samples from amazing brands; choose the ones you like the most! We'll then send out your box full of samples directly to you, no strings attached.

Once you've tried your samples, you'll be asked to complete a short feedback survey to tell us what you think. This is your opportunity to share your honest opinion and make your voice heard. We’ll then pass this feedback on to the relevant brands, so that they can learn what people are saying about their products. That way you can help shape the products that we bring you and enjoy a great free sample experience at the same time.

Q. How do you pick the samples?

Based on the information that you provide us in your Member Profile, we'll match you with samples tailored to your interests. Once you’ve chosen the samples you’d like to try, we’ll ship them directly to your door for free.

Q. How do I leave feedback about the samples?

Once you’ve tried your samples, you’ll have an opportunity to complete a short feedback survey. The survey only takes 2-3 minutes to complete, and it’s your chance to let brands and us know what you think of the products.

Q. Is it really free?

Yes, it’s completely free! Once you’ve completed the registration process, all you have to do is choose the samples you’d like to try and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q. Can I share my PINCHme account with someone else?

No, PINCHme is an individual membership program. Each member must register with their own email address and create a unique member profile. Sharing your PINCHme account with someone else is not allowed and may result in account deactivation.

Yes, we do offer samples from Proctor and Gamble. Some of the popular brands from Proctor and Gamble that you can sample include Tide, Crest, Pampers and many more.

Q. How often can I request free samples?
