Before getting started with PINCHme, the first thing you will need to do is answer a series of questions on our Member Profile about your household and shopping habits. This will help us get to know your tastes so that we can send you samples that best fit your preferences.

Once you are done answering the questions, it is time to pick your samples. You have the freedom to choose whichever products in our catalogue that you are most eager to try out. All the samples that you pick we will mail directly to your doorstep for free.

After you have finished using the samples, you will need to complete a short feedback survey to let us know what you think. This feedback goes directly to the brand, giving them the opportunity to understand what their customers are liking and disliking about the product.
