4. Giving Feedback - After you've tried the samples, we ask that you fill out a short feedback survey. This survey will help let the brands know what you think about the sample you received.

5. Giving Value - We want our members to understand how valuable their feedback is to the brands. Feedback helps drive product development and marketing efforts.

6. Targeting - Our customization process ensures that the samples you receive are tailored to your household and shopping habits. We apply specific criteria to try and send you samples you're likely to enjoy.

7. Short Surveys - After you've tried the samples, you are then asked to fill out a short survey. This survey won't take more than a few minutes of your time.

8. Quality Control - We ensure that all of the products we source for samples go through a rigorous quality control process. We do this to make sure that you're receiving a great experience with every sample.

9. Privacy - We take your data privacy very seriously. All data and information provided to us through our Member Profile and survey process is handled with strict security protocols.
