For best results, brush/floss teeth prior to use to ensure a clean tooth surface and avoid foods/drinks that stain (coffee, tea, cola, red wine, tomato sauce, etc.) during your whitening treatment. Apply 3 consecutive times per day until desired results are achieved (up to 14 days). Each vial contains enough gel for at least 6 applications (2 days).
