Okay , so it absolutely really is waterproof I didn't believe it but it is true. It doesn't feather, it doesn't run.I don't end up with all this blurry color around the edges of my lips , it stays crisp and run free. I really like how easily and creamy it goes on.There's no stretching, no pulling.You don't have to push hard.You don't have to warm it up.It just lines your lips and looks natural.
