The flavor was ok. It was very bland. I expected a much sweeter taste. It does serve it’s purpose though because it did keep Me hydrated and feeling good.

It tasted good and you couldn't tell it was a healthy drink. I like that this has 0 calories and 0 sugar. If you are in need of an electrolyte mix I would recommend this.
