Swanson Vitamins Simply Hydrate Electrolyte Hydration Mix – Berry Blast

I received a free sample of this from Pinchme in exchange for my honest opinion. I love the hydration and electrolyte benefits of it. It mixed up easily. Unfortunately, I don't love the taste. It's wat too sweet for my liking. It would definitely be great for after workouts.

I received as a free sample. Swanson Vitamins Simply Hydrate Electrolyte Hydration Mix worked well for me. Its just what I was looking for when it comes to hydration. I also like the flavor and its very easy to use. I will continue to purchase. Highly recommend to those looking for a good tasting hydration powder.

I added it to my water to drink when I go to workout at the gym. I liked the flavor and also the extra boost and hydration it gives me when I work out

It has a lot of processed ingredients. I'll stick to some that are less processed.

This drink mix was just ok in my opinion. The taste wasn't horrible but i will say i prefer the taste of liquid iv better i probably wouldn't purchase in the future

I liked the flavor of this product and that its easy and convenient to use. I don't usually use these types of products so for that reason I wouldn't purchase, but if you use these hydration products I would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed the taste and the hydration you can feel I would have maybe added a bit more powder in the packets but besides that it was pretty tasty

Attempting to go dye-free has been challenging to say the least. This product has made electrolytes an easy decision on what to pick when needing the extra pick me up or hydration. I did receive a free sample in exchange for my review, and I am so glad I did !

You know how when you drink something, your face does an involuntary "ehh, eww" look, even when something isn't THAT bad? That's what's happening when I drink this. The flavor is fine. The scent is iffy. It's not super salty or funky flavored. But it's just... a little wonky. To be fair, I'm perfectly hydrated today, I haven't run, so I'm not DEhydrated or in need of electrolytes, so that might be part of it - I notice that other "giant-reptile-branded sports drinks named after a football team" beverages are DELICIOUS right after a run, but not so much after a normal Tuesday afternoon. So I followed up after a long run, and yeah - it tastes a lot better! Still kind of "healthy" but more appetizing. TL;DR - I don't want to chug this when I feel fine, but it's fine after a hot run in the sun.

I received the Swanson Vitamin mix for free to try. I was impressed with how quickly the powder mixed with my water and it was actually very good! It was nice to know I was meeting many of my basic nutritional needs with a simple drink. I would recommend.
