The first cup I had of this was so relaxing, I was immediately nodding off! Now I know where to go to when I have trouble sleeping. Flavor is great too. Will def be picking this up!

Perfect for this sweater weather and because of the chamomile is so relaxing and has the perfect fall taste due to the apple and cinnamon. It’s like if you’re eating apple pie but in a drink. So good!

This tea smells amazing. Even before taking a first sip I am already in the relax zone. But it also tastes great! Love the apple and spice component. Truthfully, I hate the taste of chamomile, but this tea does a great job of disguising it.

The Tazo nighttime bliss tea helped me relax in the evening and did help me sleep better. The mixture of chamomile, licorice root and valerian root was a nice suttle combination of flavor and you could taste a hint of cinnamon and apple flavors with a hint of citrus.

I enjoyed this free sample box of TAZO Nighttime Bliss - Spiced Apple Chamomile. The flavors in this tea compliment each other as a I can taste the individual notes of the apple, chamomile, cinnamon, and clove. It taste better hot/warm as it reminds me of apple pie, although, this does need a little sweetener. The valerian adds a relaxing element, but does not leave a noticeable valerian flavor. All around this is a great tea to wind down the evening with.

Another winner for TAZO! I really do love a lot of the TAZO brand teas and matcha products. This one is like a fluffy snuggly hug from your childhood pet but in drink form. Best enjoyed hot and before bed. I find I sleep better with a wind down drink. I would recommend it.

I received Tazo Nighttime Bliss tea as a sample to try from PINCHMe and I loved the tea. The tea flavor was spiced apple chamomile and tastes delicious and this product is caffiene free, too and provides relaxation before bedtime. This tea contains valerian root which helps with sleep.
